Handan Production Line

Project Scope: PAZ Engineering was engaged to construct and install three lines for production of beads, based on the technology developed by Rami Ceramic. The production lines comprise of major equipment and auxiliary systems.

PAZ’ scope of work will include preliminary and overall engineering, general and detailed design, inspection, supervision and management services as described below:

–        Development of the general concept, layout and flow sheet.

–        Design, inspections and run of the specialized equipment for the dripping lines.

–        Equipment procurement and preparation of requisition specifications based on suppliers’ proposals.

–        Characterization in the form of schematic flow sheet and layout of services and utilities systems for equipment such as air, water, drainage, etc.

–        Safety systems (automatic fire extinguishing, fire detection, gas detection, manual firefighting equipment, alarms), labor personal safety.
